APPROVAL OF SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING MARCH 31, 2007
Description
The first page of the Superintendent's Financial Report is a combination of all funds. It indicates the overall revenue growth from this time last year to now is 12.43%, while expenditure growth has been 2%. In that the financial statement is of all funds, the Capital Fund has the least amount spent. This is what brings the appropriations to a 2% growth.
The second and third pages detail the individual funds based upon a cash basis. These cash basis statements support the detailed budget data that has been shared in prior School Board workshops.
Recommendation
That the Superintendent's Financial Report for the period ending March 31, 2007, be approved as presented.
